-Bring down and give motion to thumb pushing down syringe

- Slow own blood travel

- Make speech bubbles more dynamic and comic book like

-Adjust scale size to make characters less pixelated

-Have the patient twitch in pain to make transformation more convincing

-Take out staff of Mercury (Red Cross is enough)

-Make patient look more like Ronald Reagan
